Weights, Cardio and Spatial Awareness
This dynamic homeschool fitness class for youth ages 8 and up focuses on developing strength, cardiovascular health, and balance through engaging, functional activities. Students build endurance, coordination, and spatial awareness in a safe and supportive environment.
