Challenge Overview
This month, you can choose from two invigorating challenges:
Challenge 1: Attend every 5:30 AM class on Mondays and Wednesdays throughout September. That's SEVEN classes to attend left for the month!
Challenge 2: Aim to get to your mat five days a week OR take those 5 classes in less than 5 days. A hot 60 class pairs very nice with a Barre or hiit class.
Both challenges will push your limits and help you get ready for the holiday festivities ahead!
Meet Your Instructors
Kate Conn is leading the Monday 5:30 AM classes throughout September. Kate's energetic teaching style and motivational techniques create an environment where participants thrive. This is a 35 minute HIIT class. In and out and on with your day!
On Wednesday, September 17th, don’t miss Erin Kramer! Although the class is listed as "Hot 50," Erin will lead a dynamic 45-minute session that promises to energize you for the entire day! You will feel amazing after this hot stretch/flow style class.
