Before taking classes at Fenix Hot Fitness, we require participants to complete our responsibility/liability waiver. You can complete the online waiver here. If you don't complete the waiver online, we can provide a waiver for you to sign when you visit Fenix Hot Fitness.

How to Cancel Your Membership at Fenix Hot Fitness

While we’d always love to keep you sweating with us 🔥, we understand that life changes. To ensure a smooth and fair process for everyone, membership cancellations must be completed by the member using the steps below.

Step-by-Step Cancellation Instructions

  1. Log into Your Member Account
    Visit the Fenix Hot Fitness booking system and sign in using the email address associated with your membership.
     

  2. Navigate to Your Membership Settings
    Once logged in, go to “My Account” → “My Subscriptions”
     

  3. Select “Cancel Subscription”
    Choose the membership you wish to cancel and follow the prompts to submit your cancellation request.
     

  4. Submit Cancellation Before the Deadline
    Cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
     

  5. Confirm Your Cancellation
    You should receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is successfully submitted.  The email may go to your Spam Folder, so be sure to check there.
    👉 If you do not receive a confirmation email, your membership is still active.
     

 

Important Notes (Please Read)

  • Staff cannot cancel memberships on your behalf.
    This ensures accuracy, security, and fairness for all members.
     

  • No retroactive cancellations or refunds will be issued for missed deadlines.
     

  • Your membership remains active (and billable) until the cancellation process is fully completed by you.
